Codonics

Records Management Systems is proud to be partnered with Codonics Inc. Current products center around the successful Codonics Network Printer technology which provided the first true heterogeneous network printing capabilities in the industry. The Horizon® Series product line is their newest generation of dry imagers. This medical imager incorporates both color dye-diffusion and grayscale direct thermal technology in one printer. Codonics imagers are the only imagers in the industry with the capabilities to print on four different media types, while maintaining superior image quality and a compact design. Our products are based on a mature core of image processing software and expertise developed by Codonics' engineers. This software, coupled with technologies licensed from major imaging hardware manufactures, provides image-printing solutions unique to the industry.

iCRco

iCR1000

The iCR1000 revolutionizes the process of creating digital radiographs. Now it is possible to throw away your film processor, all the chemicals, and stop buying film.

The iCR1000's patented design incorporates an ultra precise scan mechanism, a flat scan path, and cassettes to produce ultra precise, high resolution reads every time. The new cost effective iCR1000 has a throughput of 40 plates per hour, and comes as a complete turnkey solution.

The CR plates are fixed to a rigid back plane. Nothing ever touches the active area of the plate, and there are no stresses placed on the plate during the scanning process. Unlike our competition's devices, the iCR1000 uses no rollers to drive the plate past the scan head. It has a positive traction rack and pinion drive system that ensures perfect reproduction.

The iCR1000 can be wall mounted or used as a desktop system. All of the delicate laser mirrors and optics are sealed from dust and there are no horizontal surfaces for dust to settle on. The revolutionary vertical scan technique uses gravity to keep the plate absolutely flat against the scan head without potentially damaging contact to the scan head.

The iCR1000 is FDA 510K Approved.

iCR2600

The high quality iCR2600 revolutionizes the process of creating digital radiographs. Now it is possible to throw away your film processor, all the chemicals, and stop buying film. The quality iCR2600 has a throughput of 60 plates per hour, 30% greater sensitivity and configurable to turnkey digital solution. The iCR2600's patented design incorporates an ultra precise scan mechanism, a flat scan path, and cassettes to produce ultra precise, high resolution reads every time.
